CHIEF COACH

Bhaskar Babu is a name synonymous with Indian Badminton. Over three decades of experience as a coach achieved, especially by means of perseverance.
He is one of the most successful coaches out of Sports Authority of India, associated with this sport from its early days of being an organised show in the country.

Awards and Recognitions:

  • More than 200 medals won by the trainees at National level i.e. Senior Nationals, National Games, Junior Nationals, Mini and Sub-Junior Nationals, All India Rankings, National school games and All India Inter university competitions.
  • Also won dozens of medals won by the trainees at International competitions like Common Wealth games, Asian satellites, SAARC Games, SAF games, etc.
  • Received CASH AWARDS from STATE and CENTRAL GOVERNMENTS for the MEDALS won by trainees at COMMON WEALTH GAMES.

Core Group singles coach for 5 years and was part of the results of the players like Saina Nehwal, P.Kashyap and also personal coach as well for many years.
